  15. Prepare 4-5 cloves of garlic (crushed).

  1. Preparation of 1stroasted corn salad..
  2. Roast Sweet corn on gas.. little burnt.Cool little..remove the roasted (sweet corn Kernels from it..
  3. Put Bell pepper Halves in preheated oven or Airfryer to bake at 180for 5-7mins..
  4. As the bell pepper are being bake prepare roasted corn salad..in a small jar add oil,chilli flakes, black pepper powder,a pinch of sugar.. close the lid..and shake for few mins. There dressing for salad is ready.. Keep aside..
  5. In a non -stick pan..heat 1tsp of oil..add chopped onion, tamoto,, capsicum,saute for 30 secs.Add roasted corn..mix and saute for 1minute.Off the flames.Pour prepared dressing on it.mix well..
  6. Now in prepared roasted Bell pepper..Fill the above Roasted Corn Salad..
  7. PREPARATION of 2nd SIDE DISH... BAKED KHEERA CUCUMBER (GHERKINS).
  8. Wash Kheera cucumber..cut into half..
  9. Apply oil.. Sprinkle crushed garlic..on it place tomato slices.sprinkle salt and black pepper powder..
  10. Baked them in Preheated oven or Airfryer @180 for 10 mins..till they are semi..soft..
  11. PREPARATION of 3rd SIDE DISH..ALL SEASON VEGETABLES & FRUIT RAITA..
  12. Mix all chopped Vegetables and Fruits..add salt & black pepper powder and roasted cummin seeds powder..
  13. Add Hung Curd..mix well.. refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving..
