  1. Schezwan Fried Rice: Firstly, heat oil and saute onion add stir fry carrot, capsicum,peas further, add schezwan sauce & ginger paste. mix well and then cooked rice. also add salt finally, mix the rice gently and serve schezwan fried rice..
  2. Tomato soup: Firstly heat ghee add Cummin seeds,cloves, cinnamon,star anise, once turns brown and aromat add pinch of hing,quickly add tomato puree, then add sugar & salt as per taste.
  3. Yougurt salad :In a small bowl take 1 cup fresh dahi (curd or yogurt). With a wired whisk, whip till smooth. Now finely chopped onions,capsicum & carrot Add salt and red chilli powder Serve as side dish with Schezwan Fried Rice.
